Smokin' Chipotle & Maple Salmon
A three-ingredient salmon with smoky chipotle heat and sweet maple glaze — fast, easy, and impressive.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Smokin' Chipotle
- 1 lb wild Alaskan salmon fillet (skin on)
- 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Sprinkle Smokin' Chipotle evenly over the salmon, then drizzle with maple syrup.
- Let salmon sit covered for 10-15 minutes to absorb the seasoning.
- Place salmon on the middle rack and bake for 8-9 minutes, checking a couple minutes early.
- Remove when cooked to your preferred doneness and serve.
