Shredded Beef Street Tacos
Slow-cooked shredded beef piled onto corn tortillas with fresh toppings and a smoky chipotle kick.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Smokin' Chipotle
- 1 recipe shredded beef
- 7-10 corn tortillas
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- ½ onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup Cotija cheese, grated
Directions
- Prepare shredded beef according to your preferred method and season with Smokin' Chipotle.
- Warm corn tortillas on a dry skillet or open flame.
- Fill each tortilla with shredded beef.
- Top with diced tomato, avocado, cilantro, onion, lime juice, and Cotija cheese.
- Serve immediately.
