Roasted Zucchini and Tomato GF Sandwich
A warm, layered gluten-free sandwich with roasted zucchini, fresh tomato, mozzarella, and a pinch of French herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 pinch French Made Easy
- 2 pieces gluten-free bread
- 2 slices fresh tomato
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella
- 1 large basil leaf
- Roasted zucchini slices
Directions
- Drizzle a little oil from the roasted zucchini on the bread and toast in a toaster oven.
- Place mozzarella on the bread and sprinkle with French Made Easy.
- Melt cheese in the toaster oven.
- Layer from bottom to top: tomato slices, basil leaf, then roasted zucchini.
- Top with the melted cheese bread and serve.
Tips
- Works with regular bread if you prefer — but GF bread toasts up beautifully crispy.
