Panko Crusted Pork

Golden, crispy panko-crusted pork fried in coconut oil with a savory French Made Easy seasoned crust.

Ingredients

  • 1½ tbsp French Made Easy
  • 4 pork loins, trimmed
  • 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ tbsp coarse brown mustard
  • Coconut oil for frying

Directions

  1. Mix panko breadcrumbs with French Made Easy in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk eggs and coarse brown mustard together in a separate bowl.
  3. Trim fat from pork loins, place between plastic wrap, and pound to ¼-inch thickness.
  4. Dip each piece in the egg mixture, then press into the seasoned panko to coat evenly.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry pork until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
