Pan-Seared Broccoli
Crispy, charred broccoli seared in a screaming-hot pan with French Made Easy and fresh lemon.
Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp French Made Easy
- 1 medium head broccoli, sliced and chopped
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 3-5 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Cut broccoli head in half lengthwise, slice into ¼-inch pieces, and roughly chop.
- Heat a large pan over high heat, then add olive oil.
- When oil is nearly smoking, add broccoli and French Made Easy. Toss once.
- Let sit undisturbed for 2-3 minutes to char, then toss and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice into the hot pan, toss, and serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe features French Made Easy, but feel free to experiment with any of our 8 seasoning blends for your own twist.
