Mediterranean Magic Humus
A rich, creamy spinach-artichoke hummus dip elevated with French Made Easy seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp French Made Easy
- 1 bag frozen artichoke hearts
- 2 bags frozen organic spinach
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 (7.5 oz) container creme fraiche
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
Directions
- Cook frozen spinach in a pot over medium heat until thawed and heated through.
- In a separate pan, brown frozen artichoke hearts over medium heat, then cool and chop into ½-inch pieces.
- Chop garlic and juice the lemon.
- Combine all ingredients including French Made Easy in a large bowl and mix until evenly blended.
- Serve as-is, or top with mozzarella and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
