Mediterranean Magic Humus

A rich, creamy spinach-artichoke hummus dip elevated with French Made Easy seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1½ tbsp French Made Easy
  • 1 bag frozen artichoke hearts
  • 2 bags frozen organic spinach
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 (7.5 oz) container creme fraiche
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed

Directions

  1. Cook frozen spinach in a pot over medium heat until thawed and heated through.
  2. In a separate pan, brown frozen artichoke hearts over medium heat, then cool and chop into ½-inch pieces.
  3. Chop garlic and juice the lemon.
  4. Combine all ingredients including French Made Easy in a large bowl and mix until evenly blended.
  5. Serve as-is, or top with mozzarella and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
