Kale and Spinach Yogurt Dip

A light, creamy yogurt dip packed with kale, spinach, and the herby depth of French Made Easy.

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp French Made Easy
  • 17 oz plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced small
  • ¼ cup water chestnuts, diced small
  • 1½ cups kale, stems removed and chopped
  • 2 small handfuls spinach, chopped
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Directions

  1. Remove kale from thick center stems and chop.
  2. Steam kale and spinach for about 3 minutes until just softened, then drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
  3. Roughly chop the steamed greens and set aside to cool.
  4. Dice celery, water chestnuts, and slice green onions.
  5. Combine all ingredients including French Made Easy in a medium bowl and mix well.
  6. Chill before serving.
Tip: This recipe features French Made Easy, but feel free to experiment with any of our 8 seasoning blends for your own twist.
