Grilled Red Snapper

Grilled Red Snapper

A whole grilled red snapper stuffed with lemon, herbs, and Mediterranean Magic — a stunning centerpiece for any cookout.

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins | Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Mediterranean Magic
  • 1 whole red snapper, slit along the belly
  • 1 lemon, sliced in ¼" rounds
  • 4-5 whole chives
  • 3-4 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Get grill going over high heat. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  2. Drizzle olive oil inside and outside the fish.
  3. Sprinkle Mediterranean Magic inside the cavity to coat evenly.
  4. Stuff the fish with lemon slices, chives, and parsley.
  5. Grill about 7-10 minutes per side until the flesh flakes easily.
  6. Serve whole or fillet at the table.

Tips

  • Leave the scales on — they protect the skin from sticking to the grill and help keep the fish moist.
