Go Greek Grilled Rack of Lamb
A beautifully grilled rack of lamb marinated in olive oil, lemon, and Mediterranean herbs.
Ingredients
- 3-4 tsp Go Greek or Mediterranean Magic
- 1 frenched rack of lamb
- 5-6 Tbsp olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Mix olive oil, seasoning, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour over the lamb and massage into the meat.
- Cover and let marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
- Grill bone-side down over high heat for about 7 minutes, then flip and cook 7-10 minutes more.
- Remove from grill and rest covered loosely for 15 minutes.
- Slice into individual chops and serve.
Tips
- Do not cut the lamb right away after grilling — resting keeps the juices in.
