Go Greek Grilled Rack of Lamb

A beautifully grilled rack of lamb marinated in olive oil, lemon, and Mediterranean herbs.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tsp Go Greek or Mediterranean Magic
  • 1 frenched rack of lamb
  • 5-6 Tbsp olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Mix olive oil, seasoning, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour over the lamb and massage into the meat.
  2. Cover and let marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
  3. Grill bone-side down over high heat for about 7 minutes, then flip and cook 7-10 minutes more.
  4. Remove from grill and rest covered loosely for 15 minutes.
  5. Slice into individual chops and serve.

Tips

  • Do not cut the lamb right away after grilling — resting keeps the juices in.
