Everyday Chicken Salad
A classic, crowd-pleasing chicken salad with herbs, water chestnuts, and a creamy Greek yogurt dressing.
Ingredients
- 3 tsp French Made Easy or any World Seasonings blend
- 5 cups cooked and diced chicken breasts (4-5 breasts)
- 8 oz can chopped water chestnuts, rinsed
- 2 stalks celery, diced small
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Directions
- Butterfly chicken breasts, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with 2 tsp of seasoning.
- Grill over medium flame, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let cool, then dice into ¼" cubes.
- Dice celery small and chop green onions while chicken cools.
- Combine chicken, water chestnuts, celery, green onions, vinegar, mayonnaise, yogurt, and remaining seasoning in a large bowl. Mix well.
Tip: This recipe features Smokin' Chipotle, but feel free to experiment with any of our 8 seasoning blends for your own twist.
