Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ultra-creamy mashed potatoes loaded with cream cheese, butter, and French Made Easy — rich, smooth, and impossible to resist.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp French Made Easy
  • 3 lbs rustic or golden potatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 2 Tbsp chives, diced

Directions

  1. Peel and cube potatoes. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  2. Mash potatoes and stir in butter and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add half & half and French Made Easy, mixing until creamy.
  4. Top with diced chives and serve.

Tips

  • Warm the half & half before adding for an even smoother result.
