Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Ultra-creamy mashed potatoes loaded with cream cheese, butter, and French Made Easy — rich, smooth, and impossible to resist.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp French Made Easy
- 3 lbs rustic or golden potatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz butter
- 1 cup half & half
- 2 Tbsp chives, diced
Directions
- Peel and cube potatoes. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
- Mash potatoes and stir in butter and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add half & half and French Made Easy, mixing until creamy.
- Top with diced chives and serve.
Tips
- Warm the half & half before adding for an even smoother result.
