Chicken Taco Sliders
Crispy little taco sliders loaded with seasoned shredded chicken, melted cheese, and fresh salsa — perfect for game day or a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- ½ cup shredded chicken (about ¼ cup per taco)
- 2 small corn tortillas
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- Salsa of choice
- Fresh cilantro
Directions
- Heat two corn tortillas in a dry pan over high heat until crispy and lightly browned on both sides.
- Sprinkle cheese on the tortillas and top with about ¼ cup of shredded chicken each.
- Let the cheese melt, then remove from the pan.
- Top with salsa and freshly chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
