Chicken Taco Sliders

Crispy little taco sliders loaded with seasoned shredded chicken, melted cheese, and fresh salsa — perfect for game day or a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded chicken (about ¼ cup per taco)
  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • Salsa of choice
  • Fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat two corn tortillas in a dry pan over high heat until crispy and lightly browned on both sides.
  2. Sprinkle cheese on the tortillas and top with about ¼ cup of shredded chicken each.
  3. Let the cheese melt, then remove from the pan.
  4. Top with salsa and freshly chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
