Chicken Salad with Walnuts & Grapes

A bright, Mediterranean-inspired chicken salad with crunchy walnuts, sweet grapes, and a creamy yogurt-honey dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4½ tsp French Made Easy
  • 3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1½ Tbsp honey
  • ¾ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, quartered

Directions

  1. Boil chicken breasts in water seasoned with 3 tsp French Made Easy for 15-30 minutes depending on bone-in or boneless. Drain and let cool, then shred.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, grapes, walnuts, and green onions.
  3. Add yogurt, mayo, honey, and remaining 1½ tsp French Made Easy. Mix well.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for a couple hours to let the flavors intensify.

Tips

  • Try Curry in a Hurry or Smokin' Chipotle instead of French Made Easy for a completely different take.
